Gulfstream announced the G300 in September 2025 as the replacement for its G280 super-midsize jet. With 3,600 nautical miles of range at Mach 0.80, it takes aim at Bombardier’s Challenger 3500 with large-cabin technology, strong cabin altitude performance and advanced avionics.
Gulfstream’s new G300 super-midsize business jet has completed its maiden flight, bringing 3,600 nautical mile range and modern systems to a competitive market segment. The aircraft replaces the popular G280 and is expected to certify in late 2027 or early 2028.
